Questions about billing
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Cancel the current subscription on Gumroad and buy the other option, then paste the new license key into the Plans page. Your data is untouched throughout.
What if I lose my license key?
Gumroad keeps every receipt in your account, and the key is on the receipt. Search your email for the purchase confirmation if you checked out as a guest.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through Gumroad under the refund policy shown at checkout. A refunded purchase moves the account back to the free plan automatically.
What happens when my subscription lapses?
The account drops to the free plan on its own. Every record stays; only the paid features lock.
