Your money, finally in one honest picture.
Most people do not have a spending problem. They have a visibility problem. Personal Finance OS puts every account, bill, budget and goal on one page, so the month stops being a surprise.
Everything you would otherwise keep in a spreadsheet
Built for one person managing their own money, not a finance team. Each part answers a question you have actually asked yourself.
Where did it all go?
Every transaction, categorised, searchable, with a breakdown by category, payee and day of the week.
Budgets that warn you early
Set a limit per category and watch it fill. Suggestions come from your own three-month average, not a generic template.
Net worth over time
Assets minus debts, tracked month after month. The one number that tells you whether this year went well.
A real debt-free date
Compare snowball against avalanche, add an extra payment, and see exactly how many months and how much interest it saves.
Bills before they land
Rent, subscriptions and salary on a schedule, with a running total of your fixed monthly load.
Goals with a pace check
Name the target and the date. It tells you the monthly amount that actually gets you there.
Import from your bank
Drop in a CSV export. Debit and credit columns, odd headers and quoted fields are handled for you.
Forecast and runway
Project the next six months from your real averages, and see how long your cash lasts if income stops.
Freelance tax, handled
Split business from personal, track income per client, log mileage and see what to set aside each quarter.
Set up in about ten minutes
No bank logins, no waiting for a sync to finish, no onboarding call.
Enter your balances
Add the accounts and cards you use, with whatever is in them today. That is your starting line.
Bring in your spending
Import a CSV from your bank, or add transactions as they happen. Rules file them automatically after that.
Set one budget and one goal
Start with the category that always gets away from you. One limit changes how the month feels.
Pricing that stays out of the way
The free plan is genuinely usable, not a trial. Paid plans cost less than a coffee, because a budgeting app should not be one of your bigger subscriptions.

Questions people ask first
Does it connect to my bank?
No, and that is deliberate. Bank aggregation means handing your login to a third party, and it breaks constantly. You import a CSV or add transactions directly, which takes a few minutes a week and keeps your credentials yours.
Where is my data stored?
In this app's own database, on the server it runs on. Nothing is sent to an analytics service or a data broker. You can export everything, or delete your account and take it all with you.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire and does not ask for a card. It caps accounts, monthly transactions and history, but what you record stays yours.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays exactly as it is. Paid features lock, the records do not disappear. Resubscribe and everything is where you left it.
Can I use it for freelance income?
Yes, on the Business plan. Transactions can be flagged as business, tagged to a client and marked deductible, and the tax estimator works out a quarterly set-aside from those numbers. It is an estimate to plan with, not tax advice.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It is a web app that adapts to a phone screen, with a bottom nav and a quick-add button. Add it to your home screen and it behaves much like a native app.
How do I pay, and how do I get access?
Checkout runs through Gumroad. You get a license key by email straight after buying — paste it into the Plans page in the app and your plan unlocks immediately.
