The agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms with [your name or company]. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at [your support email] if you think someone else has access. One person per account; do not share logins.
Plans and payment
- The free plan is available at no cost and has the limits described on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed through Gumroad, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. Gumroad is the merchant of record.
- Your plan unlocks when a valid license key is verified, and stays active for the period paid for.
- Cancel any time in Gumroad. Access continues to the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the free plan. Your records are not deleted.
- A refunded, disputed or cancelled purchase returns the account to the free plan.
- Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout on Gumroad.
- Prices may change with at least [30] days' notice; existing subscription periods are unaffected.
Not financial, tax or legal advice
This is a record-keeping and calculation tool. Budgets, forecasts, payoff plans, insights and tax estimates are arithmetic applied to the figures you enter, and may be wrong if those figures are wrong or incomplete. Nothing here is financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice. Confirm anything that matters with a qualified professional and with your own tax authority before acting on it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into other accounts or the server, reverse engineer or resell the service, run automated attacks or scraping, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
Your records remain yours. You can export or delete them at any time. We handle them as described in the privacy policy. Please keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but offer no uptime guarantee, and maintenance or outages may interrupt access. Features may change, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice, giving you time to export your data.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or for financial decisions you make using the tool. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the [12] months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your country or state], and disputes will be handled by the courts there.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
